I'm a medical doctor from Nigeria and want to study masters in public health in any good US university but do not have enough funds to do so but i'm very smart and graduated on top of my class. What do I do?

Texas Southern University in Houston, Texas is a great university to further your studies. It also has a very strong Nigerian Association on the campus
